Shipping Policy
At Šapice.ca Pet Wellness, we partner with a curated network of premium Canadian suppliers to bring the best wellness products directly to your door. Because we ship from multiple specialized warehouses, the following policies apply to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package leaves the specific vendor warehouse.
- Delivery Times: Standard shipping typically takes 3–10 business days across Canada, depending on your proximity to our partner hubs.
- Multiple Shipments: If your order contains items from different vendors, your products may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will not be charged extra for these multiple shipments.
Shipping Restrictions & Exclusions
To maintain our high service standards and manage regional logistics, the following restrictions apply:
- PO Boxes: Many of our specialized carriers (such as Purolator or FedEx) cannot deliver to PO Boxes. We strongly recommend providing a physical street address at checkout to avoid delivery delays or cancellations.
- Territories & Remote Areas: Some of our vendors do not currently ship to the Northwest Territories, Yukon, or Nunavut. Additionally, certain oversized items may have shipping restrictions to remote "Air Stage" locations.
- Province-Specific Limitations: On rare occasions, specific products may be restricted from shipping to certain provinces due to regional distribution agreements.
Note: If a vendor in your order cannot fulfill a shipment to your specific location, we will contact you immediately to provide a full refund or an alternative solution.
Order Tracking & Issues
- Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update their system.
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. Šapice.ca is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged from a vendor, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product so we can initiate a replacement.
