Your pet's health is our priority. If a product isn't the right fit, we want to make it right.

30-Day Unopened Returns: Any unopened and unassembled product in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For "change of mind" returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@sapice.ca within 48 hours with a photo of the item and the packaging. We will provide a replacement or necessary parts at no cost to you.

Final Sale Items: All discounted items, clearance products, and personalized goods are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for these items.

Supplier-Specific Terms: Because we curate products from specialized partners and boutique dental suppliers, specific return terms or restocking fees may apply to certain items. These details are clearly noted on the individual product pages.

Hygiene & Safety: For the health and safety of all pets, we cannot accept returns on opened supplements, used dental kits, or used bedding/apparel.
